Fundació Privada Tutelar Ampara is a private nonprofit organization established in Barcelona in 2007. It provides legal protection for people over 65 whose legal capacity has been modified by court ruling and who need a legal entity to manage their affairs, defend their rights, and address their needs.

Areas of work

The organization divides its work into three areas: social, legal, and administrative. Activities and projects

The foundation develops initiatives such as Construint somriures junts (“Building Smiles Together”), Christmas meals with people under its care, and the Al teu costat (“By Your Side”) project, which provides companionship during this stage of life.
