Esplai del Pi

Youth activities in Barcelona's Pi neighborhood

Esplai del Pi is a youth recreation and education center in Barcelona's Pi neighborhood. It offers recreational and educational activities for children and young people ages 5 to 17, mainly on Saturday afternoons.

Activities and programs

• Youth recreation and education activities on Saturdays from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Annual overnight camps for participants.
• Excursions and occasional outings.
• Scholarships for overnight camps through MCECC and Barcelona City Council.

Registration

To enroll a child, a parent or guardian must attend a program session with the completed registration form, available under “Secretaria virtual” on the group's blog, along with a photo of the child's health card, vaccination record, and ID. Families are asked to contact the group by email or Instagram in advance to confirm the day and time, since the group may be away on an outing.

Location and contact

In-person activities take place at 16 Carrer del Cardenal Casañas, 08002 Barcelona. Email: esplaidelpi@gmail.com. Phone: 619 59 03 35. The group is also on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Blog updates

The blog has become less active than it was in previous years and currently updates only its Calendar, Virtual Office, and Colonies sections. Email or Instagram is the quickest way to reach the group.
