Support for people and inclusive services for businesses

TEB is a cooperative group based in Catalonia working in the field of intellectual disabilities. Its work has two main areas: services for individuals and services for businesses. It supports people with disabilities in building independent lives and provides organizations with employment inclusion and accessibility solutions.

Services for individuals

The organization runs an Occupational Center serving 262 people through a day program funded by the Government of Catalonia. It also operates a special employment center, job integration programs, housing services, and family support. In 2025, its SIOAS program (Comprehensive Guidance, Support, and Employment Integration Service) assisted 78 people and helped 38 find jobs.

Services for businesses

TEB helps businesses comply with Spain’s General Disability Law (LGD) and Universal Accessibility Law. Its services include adapting text into Easy Read, hiring people with disabilities, and industrial solutions. Since 2019, it has worked with more than 20 businesses, including Veritas, Stradivarius, Zara, Pull&Bear, Lefties, Taco Bell, Hilton Diagonal Mar, Grifols, and Soho House.

TEB Vist

TEB Vist is an online television channel created by people with intellectual disabilities at TEB. It celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2024. Awards include the 2023 Civisme Award for media, the 2016 Solidaris ONCE Catalunya Award, and the 2015 Best Internet Media award from the Barcelona City Council’s Municipal Council for Social Welfare.
