Areas of work
The organization focuses on two main areas:
- Care and direct support: accompanying people and helping them access rights related to sexual health, living free from violence, and a dignified life, with a focus on care and autonomy.
- Public education and policy advocacy: prevention, public awareness, and participation in advocacy efforts that seek to transform social norms.
Publications and resources
Creación Positiva produces and shares its own resources, including guides and studies on technology use by older women, sexual violence against older women, institutional violence experienced by professionals working on gender-based violence, and materials opposing lesbophobia. Its publications are released under a Creative Commons license to encourage sharing.
