A network of addiction treatment organizations

Coordinadora is a federation of 16 organizations specializing in addiction treatment. It has operated since 2008 and says it represents all public addiction care organizations across Catalonia.

Services and center network

The federation coordinates four types of specialized services and lists the following number of centers:

• Therapeutic communities: 18 centers.
• Reintegration residences: 23 centers.
• Day centers: 10 centers.
• SAVA, the Independent Living Support Service: 13 centers.

The website provides maps of therapeutic communities and reintegration residences, as well as a transparency portal.

Public policy and coordination

Alongside service coordination, the federation advocates for policy change and works with public agencies and other organizations to promote public programs based on quality and evidence. Its approach emphasizes community-based care and reintegration as a process.
