Intasges is a multidisciplinary firm based in Barcelona, founded in 1984, combining legal advice with business administration. Its work is organized into two main areas: business support and international mobility.

Practice areas

• Business support: Legal and business advice for high-growth startups and investors, including human resources, employment and Social Security advice, personnel administration and payroll, tax filings, and bookkeeping.
• International mobility: Spanish immigration law, with a focus on corporate immigration and moving professionals to Spain. The firm advises companies transferring employees, executives, and highly skilled professionals, as well as investors, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads, including on residence and stay permits.

Managing partners

Gerard Aguilar is an attorney specializing in employment law, an area in which he has worked since 2000. His practice includes employment law advice, dismissal and termination planning, employment contracts, labor audits, and representation in inspections and claims. He holds a law degree and a master’s in business law from ESADE, a master’s in employment and Social Security law from IDEC, and a higher degree in occupational risk prevention. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

Ricard Aguilar is an attorney, economist, and business administration graduate. He began his career at Pérez-Llorca in 2005 in its real estate and corporate departments and joined Intasges in 2011, where he developed the international, entrepreneurship, and startup practices and launched the Immigration Department, specializing in Spain’s Law 14/2013. He holds degrees in economics and business administration from UPF and law from UB, an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and completed an exchange program at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
