A foundation built around art
Fundación Fran Daurel is a private nonprofit established in 1995 by businessman Francisco Daurella. It promotes and shares art through three exhibition spaces, where it presents works from its permanent collection, temporary exhibitions, and other cultural activities.
Barcelona, Madrid, and Ventalló
- Barcelona: 13 Avenida de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia, 08038, Poble Espanyol. Phone: 934 234 172. It is closed December 25 and 26 and January 1.
- Madrid: 11 Calle Fuente del Rey, Aravaca, 28023. Open Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; closed in August. Phone: 913 579 116.
- Ventalló, Girona: 11 Carrer del Pou, 17473. From January 1 through March 31, it opens Friday–Sunday and on holidays, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4–6 p.m.; visits by appointment are available Wednesdays and Thursdays. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Phones: 972 793 900 and 972 793 162.
