Centro Castellano y Leonés de Catalunya brings together people from Castile and León who live in Catalonia. Its Barcelona headquarters hosts cultural events, celebrations, and social gatherings for members.
Getting to the center
Torras i Bages is the nearest metro stop. Bus routes 62, 96, 126, 127, M19, N3, and N9 also serve the area, while drivers can approach from the Ronda de Dalt or Ronda Litoral using exit 1.
Cultural activities
The annual calendar has included the first poetry competition of the Centro Castellano y Leonés de Catalunya, a trip to Segovia and the Cortes of Castile and León, and the FESCU cultural days devoted to Castile and León in Catalonia. Events held in 2026 included FESCU, the Day of Castile and León in Catalonia, and the third choral festival with guest choirs. During the regional celebration, León-born judge Jesús M.ª Barrientos Pacho received the Fernando III El Santo award.
