Care121

Book home cleaning and ironing online

Care121 is an online platform for booking home cleaning and ironing. Customers describe what they need, see the price, choose a date and time, and pay by credit card. The company says booking takes less than five minutes and services can be scheduled for the following day.

How booking works

The process has four steps: describe the service and check the price; choose a convenient time; pay online; and have the assigned professional come to the home. The company says every professional is vetted, tested, and evaluated after each service.

Rates and cleaning plans

Listed hourly rates start at €14.06. Options include weekly plans with automatic renewal and the ability to choose a professional, with a 5% discount: two hours per week for €31, three hours for €45, and four hours for €58. A one-time four-hour service is also listed at €72. The company says plans can be changed flexibly.
