Freefood delivers healthy prepared meals to customers' homes. It makes weekly menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivers the meals ready to heat. Its menu focuses on anti-inflammatory dishes and options for different dietary needs.

Ordering and delivery area

Customers can place orders on an ongoing basis, with weekly deliveries. In Barcelona, the listed delivery windows include 8–11 a.m., 11 a.m.–2 p.m., and 2–5 p.m. The company also ships throughout mainland Spain. Customers can choose a preplanned weekly menu or build their own by selecting individual dishes.

The menu includes chicken drumsticks with green beans, potatoes, and bacon (€9.95); pork loin with lemon cauliflower rice and zucchini (€9.95); eggplant and sweet-potato omelet with roasted vegetables (€7.95); green chicken burger with green beans and bacon (€9.95); traditional bread-free gazpacho (€7.50); a chickpea bowl with vegetables and brown rice (€8.95); artichoke omelet with caramelized onions and roasted vegetables (€7.95); dill salmon with roasted potatoes and vegetables (€11.95); and curried pork loin bites with vegetables (€9.95). Portions are 300 grams, except for the gazpacho, which comes in a 300 ml bottle. Most dishes are naturally made without gluten or dairy, and allergens are listed where applicable.

Gift cards

Freefood sells a €50 gift card, with options to increase the amount to €100, €150, or more. Shipping is free when redeeming €50 or more, the code is delivered digitally within 24 hours, and the card is valid for six months from the purchase date.

Loyalty program

Customers earn points on each purchase and can redeem them for discount codes. Subscribers can pause the service at any time, with no long-term commitment.
