Cal Rosset is an organic farm with its own crops in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, within the Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park, and a retail store in Barcelona's Eixample neighborhood. It grows and sells seasonal fruit and vegetables certified by CCPAE (Consell Català de la Producció Agrària Ecològica), which audits its processes, seeds, fertilizers, and treatments each year.
Growing practices
Production relies on organic fertilization, crop rotation, and a diverse mix of seasonal crops, with natural predators used for biological pest control. The farm does not use herbicides, synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms.
