Ubikos is a Spanish company that develops management software for the hotel and tourism industries. Its product, UbikOS, is a cloud-based property management system (PMS) for managing reservations, guests, rates, and inventory at accommodations of any type or size. Users can work from one account on a computer or mobile device through UbikOS Pocket.
Product and setup
The system is customizable: its interface and features can be tailored to each user's role and department, and customers can choose the modules and integrations they need. UbikOS works with all devices and operating systems. The company recommends, at minimum, an i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. UbikOS's team handles data migration by exporting information from the previous system.

Implementation and support
Implementation includes a needs assessment, data preparation and migration, setup and integration, testing, staff training by department and permission level, and follow-up during the first months. Support includes implementation help, customized training, instructional videos, and phone and online assistance.
Digital Kit and education partnerships
Ubikos participates in Spain's Kit Digital program as a digitalization provider, an initiative aimed at helping the hotel and tourism sectors adopt digital tools. It also works with academic institutions to provide hands-on training for students and professionals in the hotel industry.
