About Senzilia
Conversational tax and invoicing software
Senzilia is a tax-management and invoicing tool designed specifically for self-employed professionals who are tax residents in Spain. Its conversational interface lets users describe what they need in natural language, and the system performs the task, such as creating an invoice or answering a question about VAT, personal income tax, or Social Security.
The product is in development. The company plans to open a private beta in the fourth quarter of 2026, with priority access for people who sign up for the waitlist. It has not announced a general release date or pricing model.
Announced features
- Create invoices from natural-language instructions, with automatic VAT and withholding calculations
- Answer tax questions about VAT, personal income tax, Social Security, and administrative procedures using updated regulations
- A deterministic rules engine separate from the language model, which the company says is designed to prevent fabricated answers
- Planned compatibility with Verifactu and mandatory e-invoicing
- An upcoming expenses and taxes module for recording expenses, preparing draft Forms 303 and 130, and sending deadline reminders
Who it is for
The tool is intended for self-employed professionals using the simplified direct-assessment method and the general VAT regime, without employees or incorporated companies, in service and professional fields such as consulting, design, programming, translation, journalism, and coaching. The company specifically says it is not designed for people with employees, those taxed under the objective-estimation system, or limited companies.
Team and company
The project is led by Senzilia founder Ainhoa Fernández Ruiz, who has more than 20 years of experience in finance and taxation at companies including Personio, Typeform, and Informatica.
