Graduate management education

UPF Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM) is the business school of Universitat Pompeu Fabra. It offers graduate programs, including MBAs, master's degrees, Master of Science programs, and corporate training. Its areas of study include business administration and management; public- and health-sector management; finance and accounting; marketing and communications; technology, data, and innovation; operations and processes; corporate social responsibility and sustainability; human resources and people management; law; and arts and sciences.

Programs and formats

The school offers programs in Barcelona and online. Options include an Executive MBA, a full-time MBA with an English-language option, an online university master's degree in sustainability management, and a master's degree in pharmaceutical marketing. Programs are organized by type and subject area, and a search tool helps prospective students find a specific program.

Training for organizations

Alongside open-enrollment programs, UPF-BSM develops flexible, customized training for companies, institutions, and organizations, aligned with each organization's strategy and challenges. The school reports working with more than 550 companies.

Research

Research addresses social and sustainability challenges in the business environment. The school has academic chairs, observatories, ISDaLab, publications, working papers, studies, journals, and a case center.
