Research and creative direction

ALL is a research and creative-direction firm founded in 2018 as a family business. It explores what it means to live today and develops concepts for cutting-edge products, services, and brand strategies. Its work serves leading companies in fashion, lifestyle, retail, food and beverages, and hospitality.

Approach and method

The firm combines urban research with creative instinct: it conducts field studies in cities around the world to identify emerging lifestyles and behaviors, then uses those findings to develop concepts for clients. In addition to working for other companies, it experiments with its own businesses in the same sectors.

Team and locations

It is led by Marta Expósito and Manuel Paz, with a team based in different parts of the world. It operates across Barcelona, A Coruña, and Paris.

Current phase

After eight years of activity, the company announced a move into a new phase, with a relaunch planned for October 2025.
