Marinva is a Barcelona-based consulting firm specializing in the use of play as a method for transforming organizations, teams, and projects. Operating since 1995, the company reports more than 3,000 projects for businesses, public agencies, schools, and nonprofits.

Projects take different forms, including video games, training programs, board games, events, conferences, and consulting. One example is Possible Mission, a serious game for developing soft skills such as project management, effective communication, and Agile methods.

Marinva established Institut del Joc, an applied innovation center focused on research, training, and education about play in business, education, and social services.
