Mascardi Real Estate

A Barcelona Real Estate Company With a Historic Focus

Mascardi Real Estate specializes in buying, renovating, and selling apartments with historic significance in Barcelona. Its work begins with identifying properties whose character can be retained while their interiors are adapted for contemporary living. That focus distinguishes the company from a general brokerage centered on listings alone: renovation is part of the story of each property.

Renovation as Part of the Sale

The company says it plans quality renovations intended to improve a property's value, then considers furnishing and presentation ahead of sale. Its approach brings acquisition, renovation, and marketing under one roof, with the aim of making distinctive Barcelona apartments ready for a new owner. The website also publishes buyer testimonials describing the purchase experience, though every property and renovation is different. Prospective buyers can review current listings and the specific scope of work attached to each home.
