Conservas Concepción is a cannery based in Ayamonte, Huelva, whose work is rooted in the fishing tradition of the Guadiana River estuary. It makes and sells artisanal fish and seafood preserves through a physical store and an online shop that ships to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

History and production

Founded in 1889, the company has more than 135 years of canning history. It now operates from a roughly 4,000-square-meter plant and employs more than 100 people. Its legal name is Conservas Concepción Hermanos Ayamonte, S.A.

Products

The catalog focuses on fish and seafood preserves made using traditional methods, without additives or chemical ingredients in the production chain. Products include:
