About appQR

appQR creates QR-code digital menus for hospitality businesses including restaurants, bars, cafés, burger restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, beach bars and wineries. Customers scan a code to open the menu in a mobile browser without downloading an app.

Setup

The business sends its existing menu by WhatsApp or email in PDF, photograph, Word or handwritten form. appQR configures a subdomain, loads the content and supplies a QR code ready to print. It states that activation takes less than 48 working hours. The code always points to the same URL, so changing dishes or prices does not require reprinting.

Plans and prices

• Basic: €90 a year including VAT, paid annually. Includes a QR menu, own subdomain, unlimited categories and products, management panel, unlimited live changes, multilingual display, product-level allergens under EU Regulation 1169/2011, show/hide controls, PDF printing, review and social buttons, SSL, initial setup, hosting, maintenance and WhatsApp support.
• Premium: €120 a year including VAT, paid annually. Adds category and product photographs, full-screen images, TV Menu display for in-venue screens and PWA technology for adding the menu to a phone's home screen.

Both plans are advertised without monthly charges or minimum-term commitment.
