About Tres60 Ocio y Deporte
Sports and family leisure across two Ávila sites
Tres60 Ocio y Deporte brings together two nearby facilities: the Tres60 center and Home Pádel Ávila, less than four minutes apart. The project serves families and other users in Ávila, and members can use both sites.
Facilities
Tres60 has more than 5,000 square meters across three floors and a large outdoor area. Home Pádel Ávila adds more than 4,000 square meters. Together, the facilities cover four broad areas:
- Sports: Fourteen indoor padel courts—six at Tres60 and eight at Home Pádel Ávila—a gym with four group-activity rooms (one for spinning and three multipurpose), a separate functional-training room, and indoor soccer.
- Dining: A café and restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a separate private room for First Communions, baptisms, bachelor parties, company dinners, birthdays, and other celebrations, with tailored menus. Its menu includes shared plates, burgers, salads, and Ávila beef cuts such as rib steak and T-bone, plus a daily menu that changes weekly.
- Children's, adult, and family leisure: Two multipurpose rooms for workshops, classes, or company meetings and two children's play spaces with a climbing wall, mini soccer, trampolines, a ninja-warrior course, slides, and a ball pit. One serves ages 3–7 and the other ages 7–12.
- Tres60 gym: More than 1,000 square meters for fitness and weights, with exercise machines, an aerobics area, free weights, functional training, and two activity rooms.
Sports programs
The center offers personal, functional, and cross-training sessions, including preparation for physical entry exams with a 12-meter climbing rope. Its in-person and virtual group classes cover its opening hours.
Alongside court rental, the padel program offers individual and group lessons, tournaments, leagues, and competitive teams. The padel school says it has more than ten years of experience and more than 700 students, with children's, adult, and competition programs. Tres60 also organizes a padel circuit with men's, women's, and mixed draws.
Energy and added services
The center installed a 59.2-kWp/50-kWn rooftop solar array for its own use, with 160 REC 120C panels rated at 370 Wp and a 50-kW three-phase inverter, under an EU NextGenerationEU-backed self-consumption program. The company says the system supplies 70%–85% of its needs depending on the season. Six public 22-kW electric-vehicle charging points were added in 2025.
