Cooperativa d'Artesa de Segre is an agricultural and livestock cooperative based in Artesa de Segre, Lleida, operating since 1958. It brings together much of the agricultural and livestock activity in the La Noguera area and nearby counties, serving both members and outside customers.
Facilities and locations
The cooperative operates an animal feed factory in the El Pla d'Artesa de Segre Industrial Park and two external warehouses in Isona, Pallars Jussà, and Torà, Segarra.

Cooperative divisions and services
- Feed factory: feed for pigs and calves, including organic feed.
- Livestock division: marketing pork while advocating for producer prices and cash payment; buying and selling piglets; in-house veterinary follow-up for official animal welfare certification on farms; and help with paperwork for other livestock procedures.
- Agricultural division: field advice, crop protection products, grain storage, and grain purchasing.
- Agrocenter: sales and distribution of products for farms and livestock operations, work clothes and footwear, crop protection products, gardening supplies, food products, and veterinary pharmacy services supervised by a licensed pharmacist.
- Insurance brokerage: administration of Agroseguro crop insurance and other policies, including illness and accident, medical care, automobiles, truck fleets, farms and livestock operations, businesses, homeowners’ associations, liability, savings, and life insurance, along with tax, accounting, and labor advice.
- Agri-environmental advisory services: help with agricultural procedures.
- Energy division: fuel sales and supply.
Organic farming project
ECO Artesa 2058 began in 2017 as an organic farming project developed under Agropecuaria d'Artesa de Segre SCCL. It supports the transition of farmland to organic production. Crops from the project are used to produce organic food for restaurants and institutional food services.
Other participation
The cooperative is the majority owner of Gestió de Fems i Purins SL, a company focused on livestock waste management.
