Integrated retail fixtures and displays

Neolaser operates its own manufacturing plant in Arganda del Rey, Madrid, producing retail fixtures, point-of-purchase displays, trade show booths, signs, and vinyl graphics. It describes itself as an industrial group with vertically integrated production: laser cutting, metal fabrication, cabinetmaking, plastic thermoforming, finishing, and graphic production under one roof and one tax ID.

Production model and capabilities

The company reports 9,000 square meters of in-house facilities and more than 25 years in business, having been founded in 2000. Its model centralizes production rather than coordinating multiple vendors: clients provide plans, and Neolaser handles design, manufacturing, and installation through one technical point of contact. The company says it works under nondisclosure agreements to protect client launches and store openings.

Manufacturing operations

The group lists seven production units, five publicly identified and two confidential. Together they cover technical plastics and thermoforming; coating and painting in pressurized booths and ovens; corporate graphics and illuminated signs; industrial cabinetmaking; and steel and aluminum processing with fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, and robotic welding.
