Arotell is a Spanish company producing prepared foods and fifth-range bases for the restaurant industry. With more than 20 years in business, it makes cooked dishes that are vacuum-packed, pasteurized, frozen, or refrigerated and can be reheated in a commercial kitchen. Its offerings are organized for bars and restaurants, franchises, and institutional food-service operations.

Products

The catalog includes ready-to-serve dishes and sauces in formats from 250 grams to 1.33 kilograms, plus cold sauces and creams in 250-milliliter and 1-liter containers. Best-selling items include potatoes with brava sauce, Russian potato salad, croquettes, and chicken fingers.

• Potato salads: Russian potato salad with tuna.
• Cold soups and creams: Fresh tumaca, salmorejo, and gazpacho.

• Tapas: Fried chorizo, sliced Burgos blood sausage, and sliced grilled bacon.

The company also sells handmade sauces under the Salsalia brand, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free options such as barbecue, brava, chimichurri, raspberry, Mexican, mojo picón, and honey mustard.
