Procarton S.A. is a Spanish family-owned manufacturer of corrugated cardboard boxes with more than 40 years in the industry. Its plant and main office are on Campo Real Road, Mile 2.7, in Arganda del Rey, Madrid.

Production capacity and technology

Procarton says it offers one of the market’s broadest selections of corrugated board grades, with up to 60 types. Its flexographic equipment can print, die-cut, fold, and glue on a single machine. The nano-micro G-flute channel allows direct offset printing on board. The company reports upgrading its equipment with a FOSBER-SMART corrugator in 2021 and an Engico Multifunction Bottom FFG 16/41 Mod. Compact machine in 2022.

Quality and sustainability

The company lists a quality management system based on UNE EN ISO 9001:2000, certified by Bureau Veritas Quality International S.A. For environmental management, it has installed a wastewater treatment plant to reduce industrial waste and an on-site solar power system with zero grid export.
