Solarcos operates under the brand Reparación de Inversores and repairs, maintains, and optimizes solar inverters from nearly every brand on the market. It is an official Master Power service provider and also works on equipment from manufacturers including Epcom, Fangpusum, Goodwe, Gronius, Huber, Huawei, Infinity Energy, Must Solar, PilonTech, SolaX Power, U-Power, Victron Energy, and Voltronic Power.

How the service works

The process starts with an online form containing equipment details such as brand, model, RMA, error code, serial number, and warranty status. The company then diagnoses and repairs the inverter and returns the repaired unit to the customer. The service is available nationwide.

Service terms

The customer pays to ship the unit to the company and have it returned. Pickup can be requested for an additional €25. For failures outside or excluded from the warranty, if the unit is ultimately not repaired, a €45 handling and diagnostic fee applies. If the customer does not respond by email within 30 days after receiving an estimate, the company will dispose of the equipment. The company is not responsible for accessories or components outside the inverter, including wiring.
