Programs and services

The foundation develops specific projects for employment and social inclusion and provides support to migrants. Its Emplea-T project, carried out in Aranjuez from June 2025 through May 2026, helped 25 people find jobs. IntegrAcción serves migrants in the Mesa de Ocaña area of Castile-La Mancha with funding from the regional Department of Social Welfare. The foundation also offers free training, including a customer-service course for retail and hospitality.

Social enterprise

The organization promotes social enterprise as a tool for change. It created Lavandería Solidaria, a business specializing in industrial laundry and cleaning that the Community of Madrid certified as a social-inclusion enterprise in 2019. The business aims to create jobs and generate funding for the foundation. The organization recently added a new transport van with support from Fundación EDP.

Libros Dados social bookstore

The foundation's headquarters include a social bookstore open to the public. Visitors can browse and take books and leave an anonymous donation. The project promotes reading and access to cultural resources for people facing hardship. The space also hosts workshops, book presentations, and cultural events. It is temporarily not accepting book donations because it has run out of space.

Certification and transparency

The foundation holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system. It publishes information about its income—including donations, events and services, and private and public grants—and maintains a transparency section.

Community involvement

The foundation organizes initiatives to engage local businesses, such as its second corporate padel tournament in Aranjuez, held with Club de Pádel Occidental. After the first edition brought together eight businesses and raised more than €2,100, the tournament returned. The foundation also holds an annual Solidarity Lunch; its 18th edition drew more than 350 people and coincided with the organization's 20th anniversary.
