Contractor classification and management systems

Gesycal is a business consultancy that has operated since 1999, specializing in two areas: contractor classification and management-system implementation. Its classification services include contractor classification files, joint-venture classifications, maintaining classifications, and registrations with official registries such as ROLECE and REA. It also advises on public tenders, including international bids.

The firm also advises on the purchase and sale of companies holding contractor classifications. It works with domestic and international companies buying or selling classified businesses and maintains a portfolio of companies available for sale, with references including V51/012023, V50/122022, and V49/112022.

Certification and management systems

Gesycal implements and certifies management systems in several areas:

• Quality: ISO 9001 and UNE 16636.
• Environmental management: ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064 (carbon footprint), EMAS, ISCC (biofuels), and Residuo 0.
• Workplace safety and health: ISO 45001.
• Information security: ISO 27001, ENS, and NIS 2.
• Food safety: IFS, GLOBAL GAP, BRC, and ISO 22000.
• Other systems: ISO 39001 (road safety) and ISO 56001.

It also handles CE marking and certification for steel structures (UNE 1090), aggregates, asphalt mixtures, and playgrounds, along with grants and equal-opportunity plans.

Software and training

The company sells Isofácil, software for managing contractor classifications, and provides business training as a comprehensive continuing-education service.
