Plastic containers for storage and handling

Envaplas manufactures plastic containers for storage and handling and has been in the market for more than 50 years. Its catalog includes stackable plastic crates, containers, pallets, and baskets for agriculture, food and bakery, fishing, meat processing, and other industries. The company also designs and develops custom injection and blow molds.

Production capabilities

Envaplas uses injection-molding equipment for plastic parts weighing from 10 grams to 7 kilograms, as well as a blow-molding line for hollow containers with capacities up to 10 liters. Its R&D department handles product design, 3D prototypes, cost calculations, and the manufacture of injection and blow molds.

Certifications and regulations

The company is approved by the Directorate General of Public Health and the Valencian regional health authority in accordance with Royal Decree 10/2011 and subsequent amendments, under sanitary registration No. 39.01811/CS (file 9251/CS-077/98). All products are manufactured under current regulations for plastics that come into contact with food, and each material has its corresponding quality and food-contact certification.

Customization and sustainability

Containers can be customized with a company logo or mark using hot stamping or molded-in relief. Envaplas says its containers are reusable and recyclable at the end of their service life and that it is developing products made with recycled material.
