Ingecons Rodríguez y Guerrero S.L. is a family-owned company based in Alhaurín el Grande, Málaga. It began operating in 2004 and has since expanded from small renovations to full building and roadway projects, serving customers throughout Andalusia.

Areas of work

• Construction: End-to-end project management, including material selection and solutions tailored to each job. Past work includes swimming pools, homes, civil works, apartment buildings, earthmoving, and its patented construction of burial niches.
• Engineering: Business-opening permits, changes of ownership, building-systems plans, agricultural valuations and appraisals, use certificates, and agricultural and livestock projects.
• Surveying: Property measurements, topographic surveys, parcel divisions, construction layout, and georeferencing.
• Rope-access work: The company is approved to renovate and restore building facades using rope access.

Projects featured on the company’s site include a terrace renovation in El Higuerón; improvements to public spaces in Alhaurín el Grande and Estación de Cártama; conversion of an open-plan warehouse into a home; reconstruction of a bridge structure in Benaoján; a bike lane in Málaga; site development in Los Monteros and La Cala del Moral; and a 35-home development at Los Pedregales in Estepona.
