Fleet and Capabilities

The group participates in two joint ventures: Primaver, which consolidates fruit and produce shipments between France, Spain, and Portugal, and Primavia, which focuses on multimodal road and rail transportation.

Innovation

Primafrio develops transportation-related research and development projects. These include the acquisition of low-carbon alternative-fuel vehicles; AgrarIA, a project applying artificial intelligence to the agricultural value chain; a Big Data platform for freight transportation; GUARDIAN, a sensor-based system for managing refrigerated goods; an integrated fleet-management system; a 740 kWp solar installation; LONGRUN, a long-haul propulsion project; and an intelligent logistics-management platform designed to reduce the carbon footprint.
