Rolled steel and industrial hardware

Founded in 1956 by Rafael Velasco Sacristán, Sogeisa is a family-owned corporation that distributes and stocks rolled steel products and industrial hardware. Its primary customers are metalworkers and structural-steel fabricators, along with other industry professionals.

Products

The company offers a broad range of steel products in several categories:

• Beams: HEA, HEB, HEM, IPN, IPE, and UPN.
• Merchant bar: equal- and unequal-leg angles, U-channel, T-bar, flat bar, wide flat bar, round bar, and square bar.
• Tubing: round, square, and rectangular tube in pickled, Sendzimir-galvanized, and structural finishes, along with line pipe.
• Plate and sheet: black, industrial, bright, galvanized, pickled, checker, tear-drop, trapezoidal, corrugated, smooth prepainted, composite floor deck, and insulated sandwich panels.
• Profiles for metalworking: PDS 26 and PDS 41, handrail, Series A, B, and C; cold-rolled L and U profiles in pickled and galvanized finishes; and profiles for doors and enclosures, including Pegaso sheet, louver profiles, door profiles, and Z purlins.
• Welded mesh and rebar: reinforcing bar and welded wire mesh.

Processing and delivery

In addition to sales, Sogeisa offers material processing and preparation:

• Cut-to-length beam cutting.
• Miter cutting.
• Plate cutting by oxyfuel and shearing.
• Drilling in beams, angle, and wide flat bar.
• Shot blasting and primer coating.
• Transportation.
