Custom Wood Packaging

Founded in 1989, Juan Arnal S.L. makes wooden crates, custom pallets, and industrial packaging. It develops projects to meet each customer’s needs, for both small and large quantities, and makes daily deliveries. The company specializes in custom designs, regardless of complexity, quantity, or size.

Products and Capabilities

• Custom crates: wooden packaging for all kinds of goods, with palletized bases that allow four-way or two-way entry. The company also makes ocean- and air-shipping crates from tongue-and-groove wood for greater protection of the contents.
• Wooden shipping cages: strong structures that use fewer boards and can be spaced to customer specifications, reducing packaging weight and cost. They allow the contents to be seen and are designed for all types of transportation.
• Custom pallets: all types of two-way- and four-way-entry pallets in any size, with the option to mark a name or logo in ink or by branding. The range includes a mixed two-way-entry pallet with notches in the stringers for handling from all four sides.

The company has no minimum order quantities and works with domestic pine. It offers ISPM 15 phytosanitary treatment, including for packaged goods, provided the goods can withstand a temperature of 56°C.

Location and Service Area

The company is located in Algar de Palancia, less than 40 kilometers from Valencia, on the A-23 toward Teruel and 45 kilometers from Castellón. Its location between three provinces allows it to supply products across the area without delays, according to the company.

Funding and Projects

The company has received public grants for industrial projects. In 2021, IVACE funded a 33 kW grid-connected solar self-consumption installation with a grant of €14,400 (case ID IDAUT2/2021/1704). That year, a project to purchase new machinery to increase production capacity received a grant of €34,654.85 toward a budget of €99,013.87 (case ID INPYME/2021/278). In 2025, another machinery-purchase project received a grant of €21,340.37 (case ID INPYME/2025/384) from the Regional Ministry of Innovation, Industry, Trade, and Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana.
