Chafersa is a family-owned manufacturer and seller of natural wood veneer. It began in the 1980s, focusing on thin natural veneer and figured wood, mainly from European, African, and American species. The company’s experience in the timber trade goes back more than 60 years, to the opening of its first sawn-timber warehouse.

The catalog features a broad range of wood species, including Ukola, yew burl, Sapele, oak burl, U.S. red oak, Carolina pine, European oak, Koto, Khaya, maple, Lati, European walnut, Mukali, Frisse, U.S. walnut, walnut burl, steamed beech, white beech, ash burl, olivewood, U.S. cherry, ash, chestnut, and Ako.
