Precast concrete from Aldaia

Tubosca S.L. manufactures precast reinforced-concrete products. Operating since 1957, it has a factory in El Coscollar Industrial Park in Aldaia, Valencia, about five kilometers from Valencia city and beside the A-3 highway. The company says it keeps large quantities of products in stock for shipment.

Products

The catalog covers several categories of precast concrete:

• Drainage and utilities: Pipes, irrigation channels, ditches, frames, channels, downspouts, drainage gutters, manholes, utility boxes, reinforced-concrete covers, gates, irrigation plugs, and utility niches.
• Barriers and markers: Reinforced-concrete fences, movable fencing, boundary markers, posts, and bollards.
• Site and building products: Curbs, paving tiles, drainage channels, pergolas, H blocks, grates, ventilation products, static roof ventilators, ventilation ducts, gargoyles, screens, and precast steps.
• Urban furniture: Garden benches, one-piece benches, slab benches, Zen benches, planters, and root-protection tree grates.
• Paving: Valencian half-moon tiles; tile sizes of 19.8 × 9.8 cm, 20 × 20 cm, 40 × 40 cm, 50 × 50 cm, 50 × 25 cm, and 60 × 40 cm; pavers; and custom slabs.
• Weights and bases: Counterweights, ballast, and umbrella bases.
• Cast products: Square utility covers, round sewer covers, polymer channels, drains, and grates.

Tubosca also makes custom concrete and special pieces to customer specifications under its Deco-hormigón line.

Factory and loading hours

The plant covers 20,000 square meters in Aldaia. Loading hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4–6 p.m.
