Lexterloi is a law and advisory firm based in Alcorcón, with an additional office in Madrid. Founded in 2011, it combines legal services with business advice for companies, self-employed professionals, small and midsize businesses, and individuals. The firm is led by Manuel Gómez Moreno, a law graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid and criminal defense attorney, and Sara Álvaro Gómez, a labor relations graduate who leads the employment and tax practice.

Legal services

The legal department covers several areas:

• Criminal law, with a focus on DUI cases and cases related to the car cartel.
• Family law.
• Real estate law, including advice to real estate groups.
• Banking law, including claims involving mortgage expenses, floor clauses, IRPH, preferred shares, swaps, stocks, and multicurrency loans. The firm says it has won more than 500 court cases.

Business advisory and administration

The advisory practice provides accounting, tax, employment, and corporate legal services. It also handles personal income tax returns and provides administrative services for self-employed professionals. Its business outsourcing service lets clients outsource all or part of their human resources department.

Entrepreneur support and company formation

Lexterloi is a Punto de Atención al Emprendedor (PAE), a designated entrepreneur support center, and offers free advice on starting a business. It says a company—such as an SLNE, SRL, or sole proprietorship—can be formed online in 72 hours at no charge.
