Domino Amjet Ibérica S.A.U. is the Spanish subsidiary of Domino Printing Sciences plc, a British manufacturer of industrial inkjet printing systems. It serves packaging manufacturers and industries including beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and beauty and personal care, with coding, marking, labeling, serialization, and code-verification solutions.

Featured product: the X630i printer

The X630i is a single-pass digital printer for corrugated board. It prints in color at speeds of up to 75 meters per minute, or 4,500 sheets per hour on 900 × 1,500 mm sheets, at a resolution of 600 × 600 dpi. The maximum sheet size is 1,600 × 3,000 mm. It is designed for cost-effective short and medium production runs.

The machine includes a servo-driven bottom feeder with continuous feeding, cleaning and inspection options, vacuum sheet transport, drying, and an output stacker. It is based on Domino's sixth-generation inkjet platform, which the company says has nearly 1,000 industrial installations, and incorporates these i-Tech components:

• i-Tech CleanCap: automatic printhead cleaning and sealing to reduce maintenance.
• i-Tech ActiFlow: continuous ink recirculation for more consistent color.
• i-Tech StitchLink: precise printhead alignment.

The X630i uses AQ95 water-based CMYK inks with i-Tech PolyM polymer particles, allowing printing on coated and uncoated corrugated substrates without a primer or binder. Domino says the inks meet food-packaging regulations, are included in the Swiss Ordinance on Materials and Articles Intended to Come into Contact with Food, follow Nestlé guidance, and comply with the EuPIA exclusion policy.

Service and support

Alongside equipment, the company offers local and remote operational support, leasing with fixed payments—typically over three or five years—and its TotalCare package of extended warranty and fixed-price preventive maintenance. It also has a training academy.
