About Angeli Yoga Meraki

Angeli Yoga Meraki is a Bowspring yoga studio. The method works with the body's natural curves through conscious postures arranged in dynamic, continuously moving sequences. The studio presents the practice as a way to develop agility, flexibility and concentration and to address persistent lower-back or neck discomfort. Its teaching combines yoga with a broader wellbeing approach.

Classes and published prices

Regular classes are offered in three formats, each listed at €40 a month:

• Beginner: two 90-minute classes a week introducing the method and its five basic principles.
• Intermediate: for students already familiar with Bowspring, with new postures and challenges each week.
• Pregnancy: classes focused on connection between the expectant mother and baby during pregnancy.

In-person workshops

The studio also hosts monthly workshops led by certified practitioners. Published examples include:

• Dance therapy, led by Raquel Cano and based on arts-based psychotherapeutic methods.
• Aromatherapy, led by Angeli Rodríguez and using essential oils.
• Breastfeeding and weaning, with certified doula Sandra Quero, founder of the association El Regazo de Venus.
