It consists of 21 companies, with commercial operations on five continents and in more than 30 countries. It has active subsidiaries in 16 countries: Germany, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, the United Arab Emirates, France, the United States, Mexico, Poland, Peru, the Czech Republic, and Turkey.

• High-specification pipes and fittings for oil and gas, mining, aerospace, nuclear energy, food, and other industries.

• Cables and integrated wiring solutions and electrical components for complex industrial projects.

Headquarters are in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain. The group has more than 265,000 square meters of covered space across 23 warehouses and offices that serve as operational centers for worldwide logistics. In Spain, it has several warehouses and offices. Its subsidiaries serve industrial sectors including chemical and petrochemical plants, refineries, thermal and nuclear power plants, metallurgical and steel plants, paper mills, food plants, shipbuilding, and water-treatment facilities.
