Hydraulic cylinders and precision machining

Cilsur S.L. is a metalworking shop founded in 1994. It makes and repairs hydraulic cylinders, rods, sleeves, pins, bushings, and milled parts. Work is available to custom dimensions or in production runs for marine, public-works, drilling, and food industries.

Capacity for large components

The shop’s equipment handles large workpieces:

• Lathes with a 155-millimeter bar capacity and dual heads.
• Lathes with 4 meters between centers.
• A universal grinder with 2,800 millimeters between centers and a 300-millimeter diameter capacity.
• Honing machines with a 300-millimeter diameter and 3,000-millimeter length capacity, allowing custom sleeves outside standard sizes in metric or inch dimensions.

Cilsur designs and builds custom cylinders, performs welding, and replaces standard and custom seal kits. It also makes and repairs rods and telescopic bodies in standard and nonstandard sizes.

Equipment repair

The shop repairs crane trucks, backhoes, scrap grapples, multibucket equipment, and hydraulic cylinders of different sizes, including specialty diameters. Services include chrome plating and grinding of rods and telescopic bodies, welding, and seal-kit replacement.

Hydraulic components and materials

Cilsur supplies individual cylinder parts such as locknuts, pistons, mounts, and end caps; F-114, F-115, and F-125 chrome-plated bars; stainless-steel bars in grades 314 and 316; H8 and H9 honed tubing; hydraulic circuit tubing; and stainless-steel tubes in different grades. It also supplies hydraulic seals, pumps, directional valves, and power units.
