About Cafés Paquillo
Roasting coffee in Albacete since 1963
Cafés Paquillo is an Albacete coffee-roasting company that selects beans, creates its own blends, and sells coffee, infusions, and related products. It serves hospitality businesses and wholesalers as well as offices and households.
History
Francisco Sánchez García founded the company in 1963 and initially roasted coffee by hand as its sole worker. By 1980, output had reached 10 metric tons a month, while wood-fired roasting and manual cooling continued. The company later added technology and improved its processes without abandoning its artisanal approach. It presents itself as a notable coffee company in Albacete province.
