Felsan, the trade name of Perfecto y Pedro, S.A., is a Spanish manufacturer specializing in precision metal tube forming. Founded in Albacete in 1977, the company began by making fuel lines for diesel engines. Today it works with tube diameters from 4 mm to 70 mm in carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum.

Its work combines tube and profile bending, handling, and forming with custom manufacturing for the automotive and industrial sectors. Major customers include multinational automotive groups, some of which have approved Felsan to manufacture and deliver safety-critical and regulated parts.

• Vehicle steering systems: 15 × 1.5 mm steel and stainless-steel tube.
• Cooling systems: 18 × 1.5 mm steel and stainless-steel tube.
• Fuel systems: 10 × 1 mm stainless-steel tube.
• Heating and air-conditioning systems: 18 × 1 mm steel tube.
• Brake and hydraulic systems: 12 × 1 mm copper tube and 6 × 2 mm or 6 × 2.4 mm steel tube.
• Lubrication systems: 12 × 1 mm and 32 × 1.5 mm steel tube.

Capacity and Facilities

Felsan has 16,900 m² of built area, 4,000 m² of industrial floor space, and 600 m² for raw materials. Production is fully automated and includes component preassembly, design, and manufacturing, supported by an in-house development department. Data terminals on the factory floor connect directly to the company’s ERP system to monitor production, traceability, quality, subcontractors, and shipments.

Quality and Certifications

Felsan has been ISO 9001 certified since 1998 (AENOR registration No. ER-210/1998) and also holds IATF 16949 certification. It recently joined AFMEC (AFM Cluster – Contract Manufacturing Cluster), strengthening its presence in sectors such as rail, energy, defense, and capital equipment.
