Land Textil is a knit-fabric manufacturer based in Agullent, Valencia. It produces circular-knit fabrics for interior and exterior applications, as well as technical stretch and 3D fabrics used in mattresses and pillows. Products and specifications
- Knitted fabrics: Interlock, English piqué, plain knit, eyelet, and fleece, supplied tubular or open-width. Widths range from 24 to 90 centimeters depending on the fabric; eyelet fabrics start at 32 centimeters.
- Materials: 100% cotton, polyester-cotton, 100% polyester, viscose, and other fibers on request. Lycra is incorporated into all articles.
- Stretch and 3D fabrics: Technical materials for mattresses, cribs, pillow covers, mattress and pillow liners, and side panels.
- Customization: Fabrics can carry a customer’s brand marks and logos.
Finishing
Land Textil has its own finishing department, allowing it to adapt fabric properties to each customer’s needs. Available finishes include calendering, raising, compaction, opening, and washing.
Production and technology
The mill uses modern circular knitting machines and says it conducts extensive quality checks throughout manufacturing and finishing. It reports investing in updated equipment for its mattress- and pillow-cover division.
