Fresh produce grown in Murcia

Adesur grows and exports vegetables, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. It specializes in iceberg lettuce, broccoli, watermelon, and grapes and was among the first companies to supply European countries from Murcia. Its production process is designed to harvest, pack, and ship produce on the same day so it reaches customers as fresh as possible.

Adesur has more than 1,200 hectares in production and 15,000 square meters of facilities in Águilas, including a 6,000-square-meter packing center and 4,000 cubic meters of pre-cooling chambers. It also operates its own 40,000-square-meter nursery with advanced technology, allowing it to oversee production from germination. The company reports that a 200-kilowatt solar plant supplies 90% of its energy use.

Employment and certifications

Adesur provides more than 200 direct jobs and hundreds of indirect jobs in the region, contributing to Águilas’ economy. Its certifications include BRCGS Food Safety, GlobalG.A.P., and IFS Food.
