• Basic Plan: costs one month's rent plus VAT. • Guaranteed Rent: costs 5% of the monthly rent plus VAT. It includes everything in the Basic Plan, plus unlimited missed-rent coverage starting on day one with no waiting period; utility account transfer management; security deposit handling; eviction coverage; tenant communications; vandalism compensation up to €3,000; included legal expenses; a lock-change service; and rent collection information and notifications.

Technology platform

The company uses its own platform, Wolo, to centralize documents, leases, and tenant profiles and manage rentals digitally.
