Vento Abogados & Asesores was founded in 2016 through the merger of two law firms. The company is among Spain's 50 largest law firms by size and has reported steady growth since its launch.

Growth and firm size

Revenue rose from just under €900,000 in 2017 to more than €9 million at the end of 2025. The staff grew from around 30 professionals to more than 100. The 2023 integration of GPedregal y Asociados increased revenue to €6.5 million at the time and brought the firm close to 130 professionals.

The firm offers services across 13 practice areas: tax and accounting; commercial and corporate law; employment and Social Security; insolvency and restructuring; administrative law; banking and debt recovery; forensic services; intellectual and industrial property; civil liability and insurance; criminal law; civil law; public-sector employment; and startups. It serves companies and individuals throughout Spain.

Offices

Vento has offices in A Coruña, Vigo, Madrid, and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The Las Palmas office followed its integration with GPedregal y Asociados, a Canary Islands firm with more than 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, and commercial advice.

In the 18 months covered by the firm's profile, Vento added law firms and businesses across Spain, including GB Auditores in Vigo, Garzaid 4 Asesores in A Coruña, Castellón Abogados and Sánchez Iniesta Abogados in Madrid, and GPedregal y Asociados in Las Palmas.
