The result is honest, flavourful, and comforting preparations, yet elevated, which feel familiar and at the same time reveal depth in every bite.

Management and team

Pari Xenophontos, with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and Cypriot heritage, leads the restaurant and brings a character of genuine warmth and a sense of belonging. Her leadership aims to make every visit authentic and welcoming.

A space designed with European influences

The restaurant's interior was conceived by award-winning designer Giorgio Tatsakis, of Atelier Giorgio, who incorporated elements from his travels to Paris and London. The space includes handmade Moroccan travertine tiles and upholstery with imported French prints, bringing European elegance and a carefully curated fusion where rustic charm meets luxury, celebrating local artisans.
