Lubiwood

A jigsaw puzzle can go back into its box or become a piece worth looking at again. Slovenian company Lubiwood designs wooden puzzles featuring animals, trees, and imaginative figures, with unusually shaped pieces. The focus is not only on the finished illustration but also on the experience of discovering how each fragment fits.

The brand says it opened in 2020 and develops its own drawings before printing them on wood. Its described process moves through sketches, color trials, and hand-drawn cutting shapes. That work helps explain why a geometric lion, a cosmic owl, and a tree of life feel like different objects even though they share the same basic material.

The catalog contains puzzles in several sizes, along with miniature book nooks, Advent calendars, bundles, and supplies for preserving or hanging finished work. Dimensions and difficulty vary by design. The company primarily aims its jigsaws at teens and adults aged 14 and up, because pieces may be small and more challenging than the count alone suggests.

The store lets shoppers browse by design and size. A highly detailed image sets a different pace from one with broad blocks of color; the space available for assembling it also matters. For a gift, checking finished dimensions, piece count, and suggested age is more useful than choosing solely from a striking picture or temporary promotion.

Lubiwood provides a guide to fixing and displaying a completed puzzle. It describes an adhesive sheet applied to the back and materials for hanging or framing the result. Not every customer will want to turn a puzzle into decor, but the option fits the brand's interest in nature scenes and compositions meant to remain in view.

Its customer guidance covers tracking an order, correcting a delivery address before dispatch, and asking about wholesale purchases. Individual customized puzzles are not part of the stated offer; projects for companies and institutions are possible above a minimum quantity. The published Domžale address identifies the business, not a confirmed walk-in store.

Lubiwood suits someone seeking a quiet activity with a tangible result. Its appeal lies in the relationship among drawing, cut, and material: the finished object can be enjoyed twice, first while solving it and later, if desired, in a place at home.
