Venus Puzzle

Custom photo jigsaw puzzles and corporate gifts

Venus Puzzle is a Slovak company founded in 2004 dedicated to the production of personalised photo products, with jigsaw puzzles as the core of its catalogue. The company states it has developed its own technology for manufacturing custom puzzles and for producing promotional puzzles in small quantities. Its offering targets both individuals looking for a gift featuring their own photos and companies needing promotional items or corporate gifts.

The company states it supplies customers worldwide and has sold over 100,000 units. Its commercial hallmarks include combining quality standards with customer service and a price it presents as affordable.

Custom puzzle catalogue

The catalogue is organised into several product families. The classic custom puzzle line ranges from 12 pieces in XXL format up to 2,000 pieces, including 24, 48, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 pieces. Photo collage puzzles are available in 500, 1,000 and 2,000 pieces.

Special formats include a 2,000-piece panoramic puzzle, a 300-piece heart-shaped puzzle and a 1,500-piece custom puzzle. The magnetic puzzle line includes a 12-piece XXL puzzle and a 24-piece puzzle.

Puzzle cards and accessories

Puzzle cards are sold in two formats, 6 and 15 pieces, and in packs of 8, 40 or 100 units. The company completes its offering with accessories designed for assembly and preservation: puzzle glue sheets for 1,000 and 2,000-piece puzzles, Boxtrazz sorting trays and a roll-up puzzle mat. It also offers a tool for creating photo collages.

Corporate gifts and brand promotion

The company presents the custom photo puzzle as a useful and long-lasting corporate gift, far removed from giveaways that end up being discarded. According to its approach, a well-chosen photograph can commemorate a company milestone or experience and serve as a visual reminder, as well as becoming a tradition or an internal competition to find the funniest image for the annual gift.

Venus Puzzle also highlights the use of puzzles as a team building tool to improve communication and interaction among employees, and as an advertising medium: puzzles featuring a company's logo or design given as promotional items. The company produces these promotional runs in quantities of up to 1,000 units.

Other photo products

Alongside puzzles, the company makes other photo products it describes as high value, including wooden puzzles, photo canvases and photo engravings.

Orders, shipping and purchasing process

The site allows you to create a puzzle from a photograph, consult a guide on which images are suitable and place a quick order by selecting category and product. The company offers help choosing the photograph and advice on its suitability, and recommends using images with the appropriate resolution. Shipping starts from £5.99, with standard and express options, and the site shows estimated delivery dates for each method. There is a contact form with enquiry subjects including orders, shipping and delivery, payment, photo queries, technical problems, wholesale discounts and price quotes.
