Requirements and attendance rules may differ for minors, DNI renewals, powers of attorney and civil records, so do not apply the adult-passport checklist to another service. The size of the jurisdiction helps explain why the consulate conducts mobile sessions. In November 2025, Peru’s Foreign Ministry documented a Dallas consular visit to Wichita, Kansas, offering passports, DNI, legalisations, public deeds and guidance. That was a dated event, not a permanent office or a promise it will recur in the same city. For another visit, wait for a new official notice, check which procedures are included and follow the registration instructions published by the consulate.
