After a crash: two offices with transport help, different arrangements
Kare Clinic's Fort Worth office is at 3825 Yucca Avenue. It announces same-day appointments and transportation when the patient's car is unsafe to drive. The clinic says the visit begins with a health-history form and a conversation with a doctor; an adjustment, soft-tissue work or physical therapy may follow with consent. Founder Jorge Sanchez is identified on the company site, as is Ronald Woodard, but the published biographies do not assign either man to every appointment at Yucca Avenue. Accident & Injury's Fort Worth clinic is at 2722 East Berry Street, near Highway 287 in the Walmart shopping center. Its director is Mohammad Diab, a Parker University chiropractic graduate with a physiotherapy certification listed in his company biography. The clinic advertises pickup, help filing paperwork and same-day appointments. “No money down” appears only for qualified claims; it is not a published price or a blanket promise that treatment will cost nothing. East Berry Street opens Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in two blocks, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and 2–6 p.m.; Thursday is 1–6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.–noon. West 7th and North Beach Street are not interchangeable
